When sourcing .ocf-shellfuncs as explained in Section 4.3, “Initialization”, any resource agent automatically sets LANG and LC_ALL to the C locale. Resource agents can thus expect to always operate in the C locale, and need not reset LANG or any of the LC_ environment variables themselves.
