Linux-HA Support

Support for the Linux-HA software is available from a variety of places. The following organizations provide paid support for Linux-HA:

  • IBM Global Services Support Line (Linux support customers) - includes DRBD

  • IBM Global Services Consulting Services designs solutions incorporating Linux-HA, DRBD, and other technologies.

  • SUSE/Novell supports Linux-HA for their Enterprise Server versions of Linux - includes DRBD

  • LINBIT, provides global support and consulting for DRBD, Linux-HA, Pacemaker and other HA-software suites. Philipp Reisner and Lars Ellenberg, the authors of DRBD, oversee LINBIT's Professional Services.

  • tummy.com, ltd. has extensive experience with High Availability deployments dating back to 1996, and provides consulting and support for Linux-HA on many Linux platforms. Additionally, they have a true five-nines facility and offer High Availability managed hosting services - includes DRBD

  • B1 Systems is primarily specialized in Linux Clustering and Virtualization solutions and provides international consulting, training and support services. Also in combination with other Open Source solutions i. e. OCFS, DRBD, Linux Virtual Server (LVS) or HASIv2.

  • MultiNET Services GmbH employs Michael Schwartzkopff (author of the book "Clusterbau mit Linux-HA Version 2") and offers consulting and support service around Linux clusters (HA, LVS).

  • Linuxhotel provides courses on heartbeat 2 , iscsi and cluster filesystems and other related topics.

  • Heinlein Support offers courses about Linux Cluster: Topics: Linux-HA, heartbeat, openais, pacemaker, DRBD and LVS.

  • Gurulabs offers trainings in the US on Linux Clusters. Topics covered: heartbeat, openais, pacemaker, DRBD, cluster filesystems, shared data and the setup and integration of Linux Virtual Server (LVS) into the cluster.
