Heartbeat supports a variety of STONITH[1] agents. This page points to the documentation for several different kinds.
The smartups[2] resource agent supports various of the APC SmartUPSes as STONITH devices.
The ibmhmc[3] resource agent supports the HMC as a STONITH agent for both Power4 and Power5 computers.
